Zimbabwe get go-ahead to tour Ireland and Scotland in August-September

Zimbabwe Cricket is set to take on Ireland in a series of matches this month. The five Twenty20 Internationals will be followed by three One-Day Internationals, and the tour kicks off August 27th. Fans can’t wait for these upcoming contests!

Zimbabwe Cricket announced that their men’s team has approval from Zimbabwean authorities for its trip to play against Ireland this summer, starting with 5 T20Is followed by 3 ODIs.

Zimbabwe is set to tour Ireland this September. The hat tour will commence with a T20I series on August 27th and 29th in Clontarf, Dublin 8 before moving south for three ODIs at Stormont from the 1st-4th of Septmeber as part of ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League. They’ll then travel north for 3 matches against Scotland starting 15 th , 17 th and 19 th September.

Zimbabwe’s Women’s team will be leaving for Botswana to participate in the ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier Africa from September 7, and have also sent their emerging squad on a tour-of-duty; this time competing against Namibia Eagles. Zimbabweans are hopeful that they can continue with winning ways as they take part of 3 Twenty matches followed by 4 One Day games scheduled between August 14th – 22nd.
